As part of the unique and tailored offer we make to employers, DurhamEnable can provide in-work support and advice, as well as hold training for you and your staff on a range of subjects.

Training is delivered by our In-Work Support and Training Officer and can cover; Inclusive Recruitment and Retention, Understanding Disability, and General Neurodiversity Training, to help make sure we can all understand each-other at work.
Because of our individual approach to our jobseekers, we can also tailor our training to help you get the most out of your new employee.
Our training is free, but we are keen to make the offer of training to businesses who have employed a DurhamEnable jobseeker, and to support your business in identifying opportunities for jobseekers and interns to join your workplace.
If you are interested, DurhamEnable will support you through every stage of introducing disabled and neurodiverse people into the workplace, from recruitment, to support with implementing reasonable adjustments, in-work support, and accessing training.
