We host forums in local communities for all our past and present Jobseekers.
The aim of the forum is to use the lived experience of forum members to help shape and improve our service for future jobseekers.
Our work is split into three areas, which are Quality & Development, Engagement, and Wellbeing.
Members of the forum work with our communications team to help us improve our service delivery, engage with the community, recommend people to our service, and provide an area to discuss and implement wellbeing support.
