Bespoke training and workplace assessments
Every organisation is different. If you’re looking for something more tailored, we can design bespoke training packages free of charge to meet the specific needs of your workforce, sector, or organisation.
We also offer a free workplace assessment and analysis, helping you identify strengths, opportunities for improvement, and the training that will have the greatest impact across your business. Following the assessment, we’ll work with you to develop a tailored plan to support your workforce and inclusion goals.

Partnership pledge
As part of our commitment to supporting employers, all training, workplace assessments, and consultancy support are provided completely free of charge.
In return, we ask participating employers to make a commitment to creating more inclusive employment opportunities by engaging with our Supported Employment Service. This may include:
- Considering suitable recruitment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and additional needs.
- Working with our team to explore inclusive recruitment practices.
- Engaging with DurhamEnable to understand available support and workplace adjustments.
- Offering interviews, work trials, work experience opportunities, apprenticeships, or employment opportunities where appropriate.
- Building a longer-term partnership with the service to help meet recruitment needs while supporting a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
This is not a commitment to recruit every individual referred to your business. Instead, it is a commitment to working collaboratively with us to explore opportunities, challenge barriers, and create pathways into employment for talented individuals who may otherwise be overlooked.
By participating in our training programme, employers become part of a growing network of organisations committed to improving workplace inclusion, supporting local talent, and creating opportunities for disabled and neurodivergent people to succeed in employment. See our Inclusive Employer Network for more details.
