Promoting good mental health and wellbeing is vital to your life and employment.
We understand the negative effect unemployment can have on mental health, and mental health and wellbeing is always a priority in our support.
We have wellbeing champions, who are members of staff with a special interest in promoting the good mental health of jobseekers and colleagues.
If you need it, your Job Coach can work with you to create an action plan to help you build confidence, reduce anxiety, and improve your wellbeing.
