We host forum events in local communities for all our past and present jobseekers.
The aim of the forums is to use the lived experience of forum members to help shape and improve our service for future jobseekers.
Members of the forum work with us to improve our service delivery, engage with the community, recommend people to our service, and provide an area to discuss and implement wellbeing support. Our improvement work is split into three areas: quality and development, engagement, and wellbeing.
