If you are looking for work, a resident of County Durham, aged 18 or over, and facing barriers because of disability, autism, mental health, or other long term health conditions, we are here to support you.
Our Job Coaches will work one-to-one with you and our support is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Even if you have never worked before, we can help you gain confidence and experience through coaching, and opportunities such as volunteering, work experience, or work trials that can lead into paid employment.
To access support, you can get in contact with us to make a self-referral to our service, or someone can contact us on your behalf.
If you claim benefits, registering with us does not affect your claim. Decisions on employment which may have an impact on your benefits will be made with you and not for you, with your Job Coach and other important people in your life.
